The Dream Team

Who We Are

Megan Graham

Program Facilitator

Megan is a mother of three who has been working with children and families for over a decade. She has worked in childcare settings with children from infants to school age and has been honoured to support growing families as a doula as well.

Megan is passionate about helping children unleash their creativity and explore the world around them! She is especially interested in connecting children with nature and the important role that the natural world can play in a child's development. Megan is keenly aware of the crucial role that parents and caregivers play in a child's early development and is eager to support families as they take an active and intentional role in their child's early learning!

In her free time, Megan enjoys exploring Toronto with her 3 kids and partner. They especially enjoy High Park, Centre Island, the Toronto Zoo, Glen Stewart Ravine, and Riverdale Farm (fun fact: Megan also has a certificate in Animal Care from Durham College, which she completed by doing a field placement at a goat farm!).

Vanessa Kwon

ECE, Studio Manager

Vanessa is an early childhood professional who believes that creativity is a child’s most powerful tool for self-expression and discovery. She’s passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe to explore their ideas, take risks, and enjoy the journey of making art - without worrying about the final product.

With several years of experience working with children, including volunteering as a kindergarten teacher at her church, Vanessa has seen firsthand how children’s natural curiosity can spark new ways of thinking. “Children never cease to surprise me,” she says. “Watching them engage with art reminds me how important it is to approach life with wonder and an open mind.”

Vanessa finds inspiration in nature and loves to explore gardens and green spaces in her free time. A lifelong animal lover, she shares stories about her clever cat Louis and enjoys spending time with her playful rabbit Dusty, who keeps her company at home.

Her love for art, nature, and animals is woven into everything she does, and she believes that children are our greatest teachers when it comes to embracing creativity and seeing the world in new ways. Vanessa is excited to welcome families into the studio and create a space where children can express themselves freely, connect with others, and celebrate the joy of the creative process.

Marianna Esposito

Italian Artist Therapist, Atelierist

Hello, I'm Marianna Esposito!

My journey began at the Paolo Toschi Institute of Art, where I discovered the transformative power of art in supporting and inspiring others, building on the positive experiences of those who came before me. I continued my academic path at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, specializing in Communication and Teaching Art.

During my studies, I completed an internship at the Loris Malaguzzi International Center as an atelierista. The successful outcome of this internship led to an extended collaboration with the center.

In 2019, I embraced the opportunity to work as an atelierista in a school in Vietnam. Returning to Reggio Emilia in January 2020, I pursued a master's degree in Artistic therapy while continuing my work with the International Center. In March 2023, I proudly graduated with my master's degree, marking a significant milestone in my academic journey.

Eager to broaden my horizons, I decided to embark on a new adventure outside Italy, relocating to Canada.
